Present were Erin Summerfield, Mark Summerfield, Jacek
Wrobel, Scott Hundley, Eldin Leighton, Diane Wiltshire and Kane Kanagawa
Open:
The April meeting was held at the small conference room of
the Great Falls Library. The President,
Erin Summerfield, called the meeting to order at 7:00.
Secretary’s Report:
- The
minutes of the March 4, 2003
meeting were reviewed.
Treasurer’s Report:
- Agreed
to enforce finance charges on past due accounts
- Agreed
to print invoices as a reminder of dues owed
- Bank
statements were presented
- Eldin
to look into investing savings balance for a better rate of return
Architectural Review Board:
- Approved
the 6’ fence for property on Shesue
Lands and Grounds Report:
- Sunrise
will charge $110.00 for mowing
- Community
members will mulch and remove weeds at entrance
- Spring
cleanup will be May 18th at 2:00
and will meet at Ed’s house
- Decided
not to add water service at front entrance
Old Business:
- Discussed
Homeowner’s Associations requirement to register with the state
- The
block party will be Saturday September 6th from 2:00 to 6:00
with a rain date to be the following weekend
Close:
- The
President adjourned the April Board meeting at 8:00 pm.
