Meeting Minutes for December 2, 2003

 

 

 

Present were Erin Summerfield, Mark Summerfield, Scott Hundley, Eldin Leighton, Larry Goldfarb and Jim Rose

 

Open:

The December meeting was held at the small conference room of the Great Falls Library. The President, Erin Summerfield, called the meeting to order at 7:00.

 

Secretary’s Report:

  • The minutes of the November 11, 2003 meeting were reviewed

 

Treasurer’s Report:

  • The financial statements were reviewed
  • Jim Rose will call homeowners with outstanding balances

 

Architectural Review Board:

  • No report

 

Lands and Grounds Report:

  • No report

 

Park Authority:

  • Discussed specifics of playground – goal to have information to present to homeowners at the annual meeting
  • Scott Hundley will get insurance quotes for the playground
  • Jim Rose will get equipment and site preparation quotes for the playground

 

New Business:

  • The annual meeting will be January 20, 2004 in the large conference room at the Great Falls Library

 

Close:

  • The President adjourned the December Board meeting at 8:00 pm.
