Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Present were Erin Summerfield, Mark Summerfield, Scott Hundley and Eldin Leighton

 

Open:

The February meeting was held at the small conference room of the Great Falls Library.  The President, Erin Summerfield, called the meeting to order at 7:00.

 

Secretary’s Report:

• The minutes of the Annual meeting from January 20, 2004 were reviewed.

 

Treasurer’s Report:

• A letter of notification will be sent regarding outstanding dues
• The board will complete the paperwork to register with the state corporation commission

 

Architectural Review Board:

• The house on Challedon did nor get approval for the new siding being installed

 

Lands and Grounds Report:

• No report.

 

Park Authority:

• No report

 

Old Business:

• Erin Summerfield will handle the petition for the stop sign

 

New Business:

• The board approved a $100.00 donation to the Great Falls Friends of the Fireworks
• Pro-pave will coordinate any new driveway repair/re-sealing jobs in the future
• Several homeowners have suggested joining efforts of the homeowners to obtain group rates on installing gas lines and tree service
• The trees planted next to the street on Challedon Road were discussed

 

 

 

 

 

Election of Officers:

• The new officers were elected as follows:
