Open:

The June meeting was held at the small conference room of the Great Falls Library.  The Vice President, Jacek Wrobel, called the meeting to order at 7:00.

 

Secretary’s Report:

  • The minutes of the last meeting were reviewed.

 

Treasurer’s Report:

  • No report

 

Architectural Review Board:

  • No report

 

Lands and Grounds Report:

  • No report

 

Neighborhood Block Party Committee:

  • No report

 

Driveway/Pipestem Repairs:

 

  • Estimates are currently being done
  • The scope of repairs need to clearly be defined such as the warranty and any extra fees
