Meeting Minutes

Present were Erin Summerfield, Mark Summerfield, Eldin
Leighton, Scott Hundley, Diane Wiltshire, Kane Kanagawa, and Jacek Wrobel
Open:
The May meeting was held at the small conference room of the
Great Falls Library. The President, Erin
Summerfield, called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
Secretary’s Report:
- The
minutes of the April 1, 2003 meeting were reviewed.
- Will
begin posting the minutes on the website.
Treasurer’s Report:
- Currently,
only three outstanding homeowner’s dues.
- Homeowner
with past neighbor problems has sold his property.
Architectural Review Board:
- Fence
on Shesue property no longer required.
Lands and Grounds Report:
- First
invoice for 2003 received from Sunrise and will be paid by the Treasurer.
Neighborhood Block Party Committee:
- Draft
of flyer was approved and will be delivered in May.
- There
is no need for a noise variance, as party will be held between 2:00 and
6:00pm.
- There
is no need for a road-use permit, as the party will be held on the
Association’s common grounds.
- Erin
Summerfield will send a list of homeowners within the Association to Diane
and Kane.
- Will
also invite the homeowners at the north end of Challedon and the west end
of Artemel.
Driveway/Pipestem Repairs:
- Fourteen
driveways and one pipestem are interested at this time. Cut off date for sign-up is May 9.
- Funds
for each repair will be collected by the Association prior to work
commencement.
Close:
- The
President adjourned the May Board meeting at 7:40pm.
