Open:
The October meeting was held at the small conference room of
the Great Falls Library. The President,
Erin Summerfield, called the meeting to order at 7:15.
Secretary’s Report:
- The
minutes of the September 2003 meeting were reviewed.
Treasurer’s Report:
Architectural Review Board:
- Approved
request to replace door, shutters and windows at 10421 Shesue
Lands and Grounds Report:
- Fall
cleanup will be November 2, 2003.
- Discussed
placing a sign and landscaping at Shesue and Pensive
Park Authority:
- Jim to
send an e-mail regarding the playground equipment.
Old Business:
- 50% of
the remaining balance to be withheld for the
driveway sealing jobs unfinished.
- An
e-mail will be sent requesting opinions concerning advertising in our
newsletter.
- An
e-mail will be sent requesting opinions concerning joining local
associations.
- Need
to collect $206.00 from property being sold on Challedon.
- Suggested
putting recommended contractors on community web site.
