Disclosure Packets/Architecural Change Approvals
To order a disclosure packet, contact the Treasurer. Lexhoa currently charges $50.00 for disclosure packets. Checks should be made payble to Lexington Estates First Homeowners Association. Please allow for up to ten days for a disclosure packet to be completed. To request approval of an architecural change or to have questions answered regarding covenants, contact the Architectural Review Board.
Monthly Board Meetings
The Lexington Estates First Homeowners Association board members and committee chairpersons will meet next on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 7:30PM at 10420 Artemel Lane. All homeowners are welcome to attend!
